Mustafa Şimşek started activities in construction field in 1988, İstanbul Umraniye district and later with through his experiences and knowledge founded our company. Şimşek Yapı İnşaat A.Ş., and currently occupies the President Chair of the Board of Directors.
The company, up to 2000, considering first the purchasing power and safe building points, completed construction of nearly 1000 detached building both as dwellings and work places in different locations.
After 2000, our company extended its capacity twice consequent to increased growing rate and proportional to development of the construction sector.
Starting from 2000, following our General Director Tuncay Şimşek, who completed his education in Civil Engineering Department of Dumlupınar University, took over more responsibilities, our company extended its activities both corporately and scope of activity.
The Company has realized alternative projects to our people from all strata living in the Anatolian side of Istanbul in particular committing the slogan “Safe Building, Happy Living”.
Our Company, which manages its commercial activities with 100% capital stock has only operated in private sector, never made an engagement with a public institution and intentionally positioned itself completely outside public business area.
While carrying on residence buildings, office buildings and any kind of undertaking works, our principal objective is by means of integrating today’s technology with our experience and knowledge to build problem free, affordable alternative buildings and to ensure our customers be happy and comfortable while living or working in their premises.
